Tamil Hajj Guide (Package: com.marwatamilhajjapp)
Developed by Farook, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not collect.
This app does not collect any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in and no registration. It shows no advertisements and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind.
None. We do not collect, store, transmit or sell your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, advertising ID or any other device identifier. We do not know who you are and we do not count how often you use the app.
The packing checklist you tick inside the app is saved to a small database on your device so that your ticks are still there the next time you open it. This stays on your phone, is never sent anywhere, and cannot be seen by us. Uninstalling the app removes it completely.
All of the Hajj and Umrah guidance, the step-by-step duas, the audio and the images are built into the app and work fully offline. The app uses the internet for one purpose only: to play the bayan (lecture) videos, which are streamed from YouTube inside the app.
When you play a video, YouTube receives that request and Google's own terms apply to it. Please see Google's Privacy Policy. We receive nothing back from YouTube about you.
The app can open our other Islamic apps on the Google Play Store, and can share its own Play Store link through whichever app you pick (WhatsApp, email and so on). Those apps belong to other companies and are governed by their own privacy policies. We attach no information about you to anything that is shared.
The app asks for no other permissions. It never requests your camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or phone.
The app contains religious guidance suitable for every age and collects no information from anyone, children included.
If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
